The children's island heavily affected by a flood.

January 20, 2022 – The school was hit hard by the torrential rains that fell on Monday and Tuesday in Antananarivo.
The decline is slow, and to this day the classrooms on the ground floor are still under water.
We have moved the waterlogged furniture until we can clean the classrooms and see the damage!
All you have to do is roll up your sleeves… and your pants
January 28, 2022 – the flood alert is still in effect in our school slum since January 18. The rain that continued to fall for a week overflowed the canal and got the better of the makeshift homes of our children, who were forced to take refuge in camps.
For the past 2 days, a significant drop has allowed us to clean the classes and hope to find our children next Monday.
But the decline in the neighborhood reveals the garbage piling up in the swamp and suggests the worst, by promoting the proliferation of rats and the return of diseases such as plague and cholera.
January 31 – Despite the remoteness of many children still refugees in accommodation sites for disaster victims and a perilous access to school, today we had the joy of finding our students.
And even if we still don’t have water and electricity, the parents and the supervising team have done everything to bring our young people the well-being they deserve!
