STATUTES OF THE ENDOWMENT FUND ANNA SCHERER INTERNATIONAL FUND

Preamble :

The association LE REGARD D’ANNA, an association governed by the law of July 1, 1901, declared in the prefecture of Vaucluse on June 16, 2017, whose head office is located in Vaison-la-Romaine (84110), represented by its current president , Mrs. BETHENCOURT-SCHERER, has decided to set up an endowment fund, governed by law no. of February 11, 2009, and by these statutes, in order to finance charitable actions in relation to the object of the association.
